Steve Pearce
Co-Founder and Group President & CEO
Biography
Steve is the Co-Founder and Group President & CEO and oversees all business activities. He has over 20 years of experience with on-site chlorine generation and commercial water treatment and has been directly involved in the US commercial swimming pool market since 2000.
Steve serves on a number of committees and is actively involved on behalf of ChlorKing with NSF (National Sanitization Foundation), which is responsible for codes and policies directly related to the commercial swimming pool industry.
Steve grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, and holds a diploma in international business. He was an avid golfer and recreational pilot before immigrating to the United States in 1998. He is married with a one son and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Michael Pearce
Director of Operations
Biography
Mike joined ChlorKing Inc. in 2004 and is responsible for daily internal operations of the company.
Mike immigrated to the United States in 1998 from South Africa and is an avid golfer and snow skier. He is married with two daughters and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Michael Podolak
Director of Production and Product Development
Biography
Mike joined ChlorKing Inc. in 2002 and is responsible for all production and product development.
Michael Pearce
President – International Water Division
Biography
Omar joined the ChlorKing group in 2015 and is responsible for international sales. He has over 16 years of experience with water treatment. Born in Germany and raised in Mexico, he is fluent in German, Spanish and English.
Omar is married with one son and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia
Mark Underwood
General Manager – Sentry UV
Biography
Mark is Co-Founder and General Manager of Sentry UV Inc., and is responsible for production and development. He has over 20 years of experience in ultraviolet technologies, and has been involved in the commercial pool industry since 2004.
Mark is married with a daughter and son and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Linda Young
Director of Sales and Marketing
Biography
Linda joined ChlorKing Inc. in 2020 and is responsible for sales in North America.
Linda has been actively involved in the commercial swimming pool industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience in sales and project management.
Linda currently lives in Palm Coast, Florida.
Stephen von Broembsen
Director of Service and Support
Biography
Stephen joined ChlorKing in 2020 and is responsible for the HYPOGEN, CLOROGEN and CGEN products. He has over 15 years of experience in engineering and 12 years in project management. He has worked for Siemens and Mitsubishi in prior roles. He is married with two children and lives in Atlanta, GA.
He graduated from Georgia Tech and holds a bachelors in mechanical engineering, and a masters in business/project management from Boston University.
Mike Hardin

Biography
Mike joined ChlorKing Inc. in 2012 after relocating from Denver, CO. He has been involved in the commercial swimming pool industry for over 16 years and brings a vast amount of experience with large aquatics facilities.
Mike has two children and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
